WYSIWYG editor user control for ASP.NET using C#.NET that supports image/Equations copy paste from word document

We need a user control for WYSIWYG rich text editor control developed in ASP.NET using C#.NET that supports copy paste of image and equations from Microsoft Word document. Image can be pasted into the control and should get uploaded on Server. Same with mathematical equations that are created using MathType or Equation editor in Word which I should be able to simply copy/paste in the control. The equation should get uploaded to the server after pasting into the control. We need the control urgently with source code. Please note we need source code as we are going to integrate this in bigger application. The complete payment will be done only after demonstrating the above feature.
