The goal, is to create a VR hand that is responsive to it’s surroundings with Unity3d.
To achieve this, first the fingers need to react with its surrounding colliders. If the hand touches for example a sphere, capsule or mesh collider, the fingers would be directed into a human logical shape around this object. It’s very important that the latency of the finger bending reaction is kept as low as possible. As this product will be used realtime in VR and must act realistic to it's surroundings.
