ASP.NET website bug fix. MSSQL

I have got 3 bugs to be fixed on a job search website. [login to view URL] 1) The 'Job Function' & 'Location' filter not working correctly for my search bar on the homepage as well as inner pages. 2) I want to add another row of filter called 'Work Hour' (similar to salary/experience/education filter). Employer will first select the content to input for Work Hour via a dropdown list when they post the job. Note that the content of Work Hour is stored in MS SQL, so will require to retrieve and make it work. 3) I need to add a Rich Text Editor for job description box when employer posts jobs. I will need someone with STRONG knowledge on ASP.NET and MS SQL. We are running Visual Studio and SSMS. Selected freelancer will use teamviewer to access our computer to do the fixes (We will not be sending you any files). We can arrange for your convenient time to do the fixes. We will pay you in 3 milestones. Per item above complete = 1 milestone $20sgd per bug fixed. Total = $60 SGD.
