I can do this project with verilog which is almost similar to VHDL and I can deliver best in limited time. I had done 283 projects in verilog and 120 projects in C programming. Relevant Skills and Experience It is easy to convert to verilog/VHDL once we understand how it is going to work and replicate with other tools.
