Build a self-contained meter that measures Volts, Ohms and Amps.
VOLTS: 0 – 25 volts DC with an accuracy of ±2%.
AMPS: 1 mA to 1 Amp with an accuracy of ±2%.
OHMS: 1 ohm – 1 Megaohm with an accuracy of ±2%.
The meter does not need to be able to measure AC volts or amps.
The meter should switch between functions (i.e., it should not need to be reprogrammed to
switch from measuring volts to measuring ohms). The multimeter should be battery powered.
Design a circuit schematic to implement the digital multimeter and write the code for its functionality.
The multimeter needs to be controlled by a Microcontroller PIC24FJ64GA102
The code should be written in C language and be compiled in MPLABX IDE
The results of the measurements should be displayed on an Hitachi HD44780 LCD panel.

I can get this project Done features like auto/manual, auto shutdown, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection , Though i dont have PIC24 ic (but i have PIC32MX250B , PIC16F877 ) i can simulate the project in Proteus which have this IC and other necessary components for this project

Since you require just the schematic and the firmware code, and the measurement ranges are not high, the project should be fairly straight forward to build. I will use Altium to make the schematic for you.
