I am pleased to provide a proposal for the setup of a low level c environment which allows low level GPIO and I2C direct device programming for the water fountain project. I have extensive experience with hardware level programming in c and Assembler on other platforms, but not in the Linux environment. I understand that the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W is the preferred platform, but due to its current unavailability, a Raspberry Pi 4 with 4 gig memory is being used. I have good experience in embedding including using toolkit like lasberypi. Controlling GPIO and I2C is a little embarrassing if you don't have any experience. So, send me datasheet of lasberypi toolkit and requirements, then you will get your code.
