Hello Sir, My suggestion is that you go for a GUI based application and then from within that application by clicking certain buttons it runs certain commands based on task at hand. There are several tasks which can be performed without the need of command prompt and also it gives the flexibility to use multi-threading as well as show progress in a progress bar. Which will combine several functionalities centralized in one application instead of several batch files. GUI interface is easier to understand for less tech savvy individuals, but if the batch files are your prime concern then I can work on those too.
