pretty straight forward task, ill need to know what lcd you will be using, programming the states is pretty easy as well, for storing the values in the computer we can use serial and i can write you a quick script to save the data from the arduino, either to display them on the computer or save them in a csv or text file. feel free to check my profile for my past work or text me so that we can discuss further.
