Nokia 770 Bluetooth Auto-Sender

I need a program to run on my Nokia 770 which constantly scans for bluetooth devices and once it finds one it should send a file to the device. The program should: Have a gui that allows you to select the files you wish to send and keep stats on how many times the file has been sent and how many devices it has seen. Keep track of which devices have received the files so it doesn't send to them again. Be able to discover some hidden bluetooth devices. Save all the data to a file so it can be opened quickly again. And if possible determine what the device is for custom file delivery.
