You can work remotely from your home/office. ************************************************************************************* Please bid your most competitive per project fee to deliver everything mentioned below in the "deliverables" section We prefer to work with Indian resident Candidates with Excellent English Communication Skills. ************************************************************************************* To qualify, you must have: 5+ Years Solid Experience as a Finance Business Analysis and BPMN In Financial Related Processes Excellent knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Solid Experience developing and documenting 'As Is' and 'To Be' process models in accordance to BPMN 2.0 notations, as well as the documentation of detailed narratives Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin Methodology. Exceptional experience in delivering High quality written deliverable's in accordance to Babok v3 Excellent Knowledge of APQC process frameworks CBAP Qualified Candidates will be Highly regarded What is a typical project? In a typical "project" we will provide you the information you need as a start to decompose a Financial Related subprocess.  This is how we will define what a project is. You will need to do the necessary research required about the system/process flow used, and see where this subprocess fits in, in relation to the overarching process in relation to APQC Process framework. If you do have any specific question/clarification you need answered, you can ask them as “comments” in the deliverable word documents. You will be required to deliver the following deliverables to the highest quality: Deliverables: 1) Current State BPMN with Detailed Narration (with Separate source file VSD included).  We will provide you the format for this. You will need to “call out” this sub process and/or Related  and decompose this sub-process in relation to the other sub-processes and overarching Process, Level 1, 2 and 3 (in accordance to APQC) 2) Future State BPMN with Narration (with Separate source file VSD included). We will provide you the format for this. You will need to “call out” this sub process and decompose this sub-process in relation to the other sub-processes and overarching Process Level 1, 2 and 3 (in accordance to APQC) **NOTE: Future state will always be dynamic 365 finance and operations as the ultimate solution to the specific process/sub-process 3) Detailed Requirements Document In a format prescribed we will provide, with user stories and acceptance criteria following Gherkin Methodology, for each of the requirements needed to achieve the Desired To Be state. 4) Gap fit to dynamics 365 finance and operations. Please advise a package fixed fee to deliver all the above to the highest quality for each subprocess we provide you. Deliverable timeframe For Each “project” we provide, we need a 2-3 day turnaround to deliver everything mentioned in the above deliverables above to the highest quality.
