I work in movement and rehabilitation and have a business working in retirement villages. I want to run my first gathering for current members and also encourage any new members looking to become involved to attend also. This flyer will be both stuck up on walls around the village and most likely letter box dropped. Content is: The Manors Movers are a community of warm and welcoming people who have been learning how to feel more confident in the way they move – whether that’s getting out of bed in the morning, going up and down stairs, or walking to the shops. We meet each week to complete our own personalised programs and share our successes along the way. We value helping everyone feel safe and comfortable in their journey toward achieving their individual goals and see improvement in anyone who begins- no matter what their current activity levels are.
