Task for Heip
1. Redraw the floor plans and elevations, with detail, as per the drawings I made and attached. Redraw in professional architectural/structural format using autocad and send you PDF format files.
2. Add dimensions on plumbing, electrical conduits and rebar (following the drawings I attached).
3. Detail design of doors (as attached).
4. Offer any advise you think regarding the structural design, based on your own experience.
5. 5 low res 3d renders of the Main House. I will notify colours.
6. 5 low res 3d renders of the Small House.
Please note: the specs for the small house are the same as for the big house (columns, beams, floor depths, roofing). Basically only the floor plan is different. The attachments for the small house may not show the updated specs, so please use the Main House as the basis for the small house.
Price USD $300 plus $50 on time bonus (23 December, as I need to get the building permit before Christmas break).
