Determine cost of manufacture, purchasing, and technology help

This is a three part project, so pay attention. Part 1: I have two items that, sometime soon, I would like to manufacture. The first item is a custom air-oil separator tank. (see .dwg file with all of the clear instructions in it for manufacture of each individual part.) The second item is a metal arm (that will eventually hold sensors on it). [[[(PAY ATTENTION: the .avi video attached is a general idea how to assemble it. My drafter rounded off some edges where they all come together that I didnt ask him for. It should actually look like file 'Arm (Trimetric).DWG' when it is done. I am WAITING on him to give me the dimensions/blueprints but he is being problematic at the moment. I should have the blueprints soon. I don't want to have to redraft what he has done...frustrating...We will see if he wakes up...)]]] For each I want quotes from three different builder companies. Hypothetically, by the time I order these items from them, I want to just be able to say "GO" and they will be able to do everything I need to have it shipped to me. I want quotes for one, and for two oil tanks. This would allow me to gauge what price difference there is for each additional tank I want to have built for me. I want quotes for six of the metal arms (aluminum). The quotes must be from metal/assembly/building shops within 15 miles of Baltimore, MD. I want as much detail as you can provide me, such as cost, cost per item, any specific details or problems or notes, any questions they have, their location, contact info, and so on. I need this by tomorrow 11 pm eastern time. UNLESS I don't get you the metal arm blueprints in time, in which case you can wait until I get the arm .dwg file to you. -------- Part 2: In addition, I need pricing for 10 laser sensors, (see powerpoint file), and 5 ultrasonic sensors (see powerpoint file). I also need to buy the cords/cables that come with them... (They will all be wired to a central microprocessor to analyze their outputs) Give me cost each, cost total, website or address, and so on. Give me as much information about ordering them as you can... --------- Part 3: Need suggestions, prices and webpages for the following items: I have a system I am going to build that you see in page 4 of the powerpoint. (need 1 + 1 backup) On the left side, I need an Arduino or microcontroller that can handle at least 29 input/outputs, 2 of them need to be Tx/Rx, needs to be fast and handle 2000 lines of code. Which one to pick? (Need 2+1 backup) Available voltage supply for both arduinos/micros is 24 V. Something DEPENDABLE to bring it down to the arduino voltage you chose for both of them? (need 2+1 backup) What is a good short distance wireless transmission device? (at least 20 feet, no more than 200 feet). (1+1 backup) On right side, arduino needs at least 10 inputs, 4 of which will be Tx,Rx, 3 will be for LEDs, and 3 will be for buttons. Which to pick? Need strong screen for displaying at least seven lines of text, and that arduino can tie into. Options? Doesnt have to be color or touch, just needs to have enough space for plenty of text. The user will use two buttons (or emergency reset button) to choose stuff on the screen. Make sure screen works with an Arduino. If it doesnt, show me code you know works to communicate with screen. GO GO GO.
