Voice activation detection program

I need to make a 3rd party voice activation program to use with a streaming software called "Action!" The currently do not support voice activation and its been like this for 5 years now. As a streamer i want to be able to not use a hotkey(push to talk) to broadcast my mic, for example shooters, or other action-intense games. This would be made in AHK, if you think you are able to achieve the same results in a better way in any other form of coding, please specify and we adapt. A guy wrote on their forum about something better be translated into your language: if voice (recognized by a program) { activate mic } if silence for more than 2secs { disable mic } That is just a template for a simple solution, if possible a script that broadcasts everything higher volume that $Active, you know like in teamspeak or discord, it dont have to be a GUI could simply be numbers from 0-100 where 50 would be 50% of the mic sound strength. The more advanced would be it has to be a virtual audio cable or be able to be connected to one boardcasting the mic only when the loudness set in the variable is archived and broadcast the sound for $time until it cuts off the mic broadcast completely. If you are able to make it a GUI, i will be more than happy to provide you with graphics since im a graphical designer my heart not a coder. About the price, lets discuss what you are able to archive.
