Windows Application - E-Mail Service for online website -

Using the table attached as a starting place I need a the following done... An .NET 2.0 + Desktop Application that will sit in the system tray when a computer starts and connects to a corresponding webservice which uses the attached table. The application will connect to the webservice to find any new e-mails that need to be sent and will send them out using a mailserver and credentials specified in the applications config file which will should be stored locally and encrypted. The application should have a way to manage the configuration when right clicking on the the tray icon. Furthermore, a table called email attachments should be created which relates to the the AttachmentId field in the attached table. The attachments table will contain a list of urls that a physical attachment can be downloaded for each e-mail and download them from the location in order to attach them to the e-mail that gets sent out. After sending each e-mail the application should update the remote table so we know the e-mail was sent as well as any errors received if it couldn't be sent. This app is for [login to view URL] and it should look respectively like the site. Completion of this project may lead to more projects in the future. Note: WPF is welcom and we are also looking for any silverlight programmers for other projects. Time to completion: No Longer Than 7 days.
