YouTube Script Writers for Crypto Channel - Long-Term Projects

I run a YouTube channel, it's crypto based.
We take clips from long podcast/interview videos of finance and crypto investors (Names will be provided).
You need to have a good understanding in Finance and crypto, to select the correct clips that represents the current market conditions.
Warnings/Predictions/Disagreements/Explanations/opportunities/Portfolio update/strategies
You should be watching the video and take notes of what's said in the video and you should be able to select the right clips that represent current market conditions and the above mentioned factors.
The video we post in YouTube will be around 8mins - 12mins MAX.
So, the clips that you select should compensate 3-5mins, that's it. Remaining 3-5 mins, you should be able to write content upto 600-700words max, that links all the clips to deliver as a proper story to the audience.
You will come up with the title, that's FAD. (Fear, Anxiety, Doubt, also Hopeful). You can take ideas from reference channels.

I'm hiring 5 people who can work long term, consistently.
Work will be really easy once you got hang of it, it might seem complicated but it is not.
I'm expecting 30/31-scripts for 30/31 days of month. Once videos perform well, we will increase to 60/62 videos as month. $10 per script. One script per day.

These are time sensitive works, we need to create content that's relevant to the day and present market conditions. You should be a person who observes markets constantly and who understands the macro economic data and reasonings that causes the price fluctuations.
