review of fictional medical murder procedure

Imagine being able to positively impact the lives of high school students considering a career in forensic biology or other medical practice. Each year, m,any graduate without career direction which leads to later disillusionment with life and a host of struggles. You can be a part of changing this! I am creating an alternate reality game to simulate busting an international human trafficking ring, a portion of which involves investigating medical murder. Students will review a procedure for harvesting human amygdalae and other brain tissue for bio medical research with the goal of producing enhanced cognitive speed. Using medical diagrams, I have cobbled together a set of mock surgical instructions detailing how to remove a human brain from a living patient. At some point during the surgery, the patient will certainly expire. What I need: Editing and modification of the procedure I have written using correct medical terminology, citing at which point during the surgery the patient is expected to expire. Care should be taken not to include extraneous steps, and to reference appropriate medical tools used during each step. Care should be taken to avoid American medical jargon since this will later be translated into Russian and Bulgarian instructions. A list of medical tools to have on hand prior to the procedure beginning. Steps to be taken to remove the brain in a manner which minimizes tissue damage. An appropriate means of preserving brain tissue as close as possible to a living state as if it were to be transplanted. (I suggested using refrigerated ringer's lactate but I have no idea if this might work.)
