We are an Institute of Technology that will be submitting grant applications for 18 of our researchers. The content for each is completed but we need help “jazzing-up” and selling the quality and impact of our researchers. Each grant application has a maximum of 2500 character (incl. spaces) to summarise and sell the quality of their research efforts. As well, for each of their top 4 research outputs (e.g. academic journal article) there is up to 1500 characters describing the impact/quality of this specific output and how it relates to their overall summary of their research efforts. These are the sections we need a freelancer to edit and improve. Some examples of the range of topics our individual researchers are involved in include; Medical Science, Climate Change, Social Science, Street Art etc. These grant applications are for the PBRF. Please ensure you include what PBRF stands for as the first sentence of your application. Any applications without this will be rejected. Please also send through examples of previous research grant application work you have done. We will select 3 freelancers to edit a single 2500 character research summary section. From this we will award the job to the top Freelancer to edit the 18 grant applications. The test is unpaid for the 2 unsuccessful freelancers. The successful freelancer will be paid to edit each application and an additional 3-5 hours to become familiar with the application and what is required.
