I will provide a summary and scans of newspaper and magazine articles regarding a publication that was launched in 1991. I need someone with experience and a log in to create a Wikipedia article and to enter the information in an ethical way. This means that it will conform with Wikipedia standards so that the entry will be allowed. I have neither the time or skills to do this project. I was the creator and publisher of a magazine called PC Vision, a magazine on a floppy disc and there appears to be no information on the internet about this product.
