93805 Costa Rica Cost of Livng

I would like a short report written outlining the Cost of living in Costa Rica. I would like this done in a comparison format against the four most Common US Areas where people migrate to Costa Rica from, Northeastern US(Boston Area), Southeastern US(Miami), SouthCentral US(Dallas) and Southwestern US(San Francisco). This should include all common Daily and Monthly expenses, such a Complete Variety of Groceries, Utility Bills, Insurance, Rental or Homeowner Expenses, Gas or Fuel, Laundry Expenses, Schooling, Entertainment etc...
