A billing management dashboard with recurring billing on a per-seat basis. One representative from each organization (user) will manage adding/removing multiple employees (non-users) within the dashboard. No design required - I only need the programming side of this. I'll take care of layout/design/css. I mostly need help on building the dashboard and, in particular, hooking up to the recurring billing software (Recurly or Chargify). Models: - Organizations (company name, billing information) - Employees (belong to an organization, first name, last name, email) - User (basic authentication for management users) Requirements: - User authentication - Administrative role for super user - Dashboard: add employee, remove employee - Send confirmation invitations to Employees from dashboard (employees do not become users, just need to confirm that they want to opt-in to our service) - Integration with Recurly or Chargify (Recurly preferred) for recurring payments. Per-seat recurring billing subscription. Ability to add/remove seats and customer is charged based on # of seats used at the time of billing cycle. Preferred stack: - Ruby On Rails - Recurly or Chargify for subscription management. Please only bid if you specifically have experience with one of these subscription management platforms. - Preference for the app to be deployed using Heroku - Git source control
