One Minute 2D Animation Sketch

I'm an independent producer looking to create mini animation sketches. Advise this role won't be paying in the tens of thousands as I'm on an extremely tight budget, however the animator will be paid a fee and gain sufficient credits. Must be able to work minimum twice a week (Occasional weekend if needs be) 4. Willing to be paid a small set fee per animation 5.
