We will use these videos in our site and various online and offline media (other than youtube/vimeo/metacafe). You need to give us a signed letter giving us rights to use them. We do not need any exclusive rights. You may further sell it to other clients.
Payout will range between $1 to $10 depending upon the quality of the video.
