Create an awesome animation for a children's music video

I am producing a children's cartoon animation. The concept is a father and his baby singing a song about the winter. The father wants to stay home where it's warm and the baby wants to play outside (it's better on paper, I promise!). I have talent lined up for the music and vocals, but require an animator to create the video for it. I need a 2D animator (or 3D if you can pitch a good idea) to do this. That is where you come in! - My deadline is aggressive and to accomplish that I am looking for an animator that can design something simple, creative and attractive that can be completed quickly. - I have some ideas for animation aesthetic that might work such as you photographic images of inanimate objects for the characters and simply animating eyes, mouth, arms and legs on them, for example. - Someone who has access to other workers to accomplish this faster could be good as well! The most important thing for me is to find someone I enjoy working with. So, someone with great communication skills who takes pride in their work and can produce something both original and attractive. An artist with some entrepreneurial zeal is appreciated! Any software stack that you are comfortable with is fine for me. I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest artist, but some who can get the job done and do it well. Thanks!
