Hi, I need to hire a freelancer for one of my 3D animation projects. The task here will be to create character animation of approx 50seconds where the character will be provided, and freelancers have to rig and animate it according to the storyboard provided. It is a female character with some playful behavior. The character will always face the audience, and there won't be any camera movement or any other objects in the scene.
