react Native apps required one for customers one for merchant with a fully functional website

A startup company is looking for a professional team to build A website and two different apps are required for android and ios respectively for their company. IT has to be built from scratch . It will represent all the local deals and market place for customers. There will be one app for customers and another app for merchant. For customers, they can login, can be located through location search, can browse & buy the voucher( can be paid in card or cash in selected vendors) , get the voucher ( qr code- bar code) , and can redeem their vouchers in the store. Also there will be point systems for customers as they buy vouchers and reveiws order so that they can be awarded They can also buy products from the market place where they can find all type of shopping materials where delivery will be done . The markpalce feature will be built now but be released later. For merchants, they can login, manage their voucher , manage their content and graphics, can allocate special vouchers, can see their sellings data etc. merchant can also assign user permission and create id for their workers. Admin panel needs to have all the features to maange both merchant and customers. selling data for each n every merchant in selected category , can be seen from the admin panel. admin can set up the commission for vendors voucher, also admin can see their monthly sell data, check invoices and have whole financial statisfics for everyone. The user interface has to be very clean and elegant . Needs to be delivered asap. 30-40 days are preffered Note as it is built from scratch , high graphical input is required and logo, a few ad graphics image and website graphics , one or two animated videos are required.
