I have react native project which video calling app. when video call tigers from server then firebase message received in app (when app is killed ). there for I want to invoke one heads up notification that some user is calling you for that I need to build interactive notification which will show in either app is background and foreground. - notification needs to be shown when screen is locked - and one custom calling sound will trigger to notify user that call is coming - notification need to have two action, accept and reject the call - notification needs to be stick to app until calls end like what's app call
