Will the businesses and restaurants be able to manage the foods to be wasted on daily basis? Will the boxes/bags be basis unit of measurement and price will vary for the type of foods? We also need to figure out ease for the restaurant owners to add the data. So, it may be a web based app for them. There is a lot more to discuss regarding the application.
