Recruiting is based fundamentally on two things: skill- one that combines work to fill the funnel with qualified candidates, and Art- being able to assess personalities within the organization and within the candidates to find the best match. With my skills as a sales coach, I also have a knack for understanding how to get people EXCITED about opportunities.
