By God! it's a total mess which I can guess. The way out could be...Let me think! if we take the current stock of vending and delivery sales and bring it to certain amount, say 'x'. Then we take the current cash and bank balance, say 'y'. And add the moneys out 'z' (which could be expenses and purchases) to 'y' and subtract the 'x', then we will arrive at total sales from vending and delivery.
