Must be based in the UK and must be willing to travel with us. Firm of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) looking to hire a freelance statutory audit professional capable of heading up a small team of staff to manage statutory audits of owner managed businesses with turnover up to £30 million. Clients include retail, wholesale, holding companies & FCA registered. The freelancer would be required a few times a year for blocks of 2 to 4 weeks at a time working at our offices & on site at clients premises (mostly West Yorkshire). We will be in a position to be able to book several weeks in advance. We require the freelancer to have a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) & up to date experience of taking statutory audits through to partner sign off level.
