Integrate Wordpress functionality in Custom PHP Site

I'm looking for a developer who can integrate Wordpress with some affiliate plugins into my own custom build PHP source. My source is a sitebuilder system (client signup -> get his own website)
Functionality that is required:
* 1 Wordpress source must be installed. I as an admin can manage the plugins and settings.
* The users can manage their own site in my custom PHP admin panel. Here they can select their own template (NOT Wordpress), select what categories of the affiliate script must be visible on their site and enter their affiliate partner ID.
On the users own site they now see their own website, with own template and the affiliate links loaded from the Wordpress source, BUT WITH THEIR OWN AFFILIATE LINKS IN IT.

TIMEFRAME: MAX. 1 WEEK
FINAL NOTES:
* Source should be build in modular scripts.
* I want to have contact with one person, only the scripter. All my communications should be only with this person. Don't bid on this project if you are just looking for projects as an account manager.
