Hi, I am a linguistic and despite the believe that there is such thing as Native Speaker of a any language at all. I will use the word, Fluent Speaker. It's been proved that learners might be better teachers than people that were born under an specific mother language. This occurs because "the learner" would pay plenty of atention to the grammar and syntax which "the native" would not. His language skill is polluted by the enviroment input that surronds him.
