I am looking for an American based Virtual Assistant to: Live answer incoming phone calls, return phone calls, respond to voicemails, emails, and texts, schedule first appointment for the client and the therapist, use Therapy Notes to create a client profile and send the client the intake paperwork, follow up with the client if the paperwork isn't completed prior to the first session, track the number of phone calls and number of new clients, etc. Looking for someone who can live answer phone calls Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT Monday through Friday.
I need someone that will take pictures of trees in the local area of Burbank California or San Fernando Valley. I need pictures so I can blog about the different tree species that grow. I need pictures of landscaping trees. NOT wild trees in the foot hills. I need these to be taken from a cell phone and no photography experience is needed. I want one photo that has the whole tree and then one more photo up-close to the leaves. The leaves are how I identify the species of tree. They will then need to upload them so I can get access. I will pay $5 a photo ($10 of each tree) and I need 10 photos a week for 2 to 3 weeks. That is $50 a week for 10 photos.
