I have a paper that I want to submit to the journal of Science. The paper discusses a mathematically proven universal law that I discovered. My father, Dr Alan Berman who got his PhD in physics under two Nobel Prize winning physicists and was the Director of the Navel Research Laboratory for many years has said this paper should be published. I would like a final review by a physicist who has papers published in scientific journals.
