I need a very basic hybrid app. In the back end there is a map with sounds. When you make picture of QR code with your iphone / ipad or android, a specific sound file will be played. Thats it. The link to the soundfile should not be vissible. The soundfile should be protected from downloading. User should register: Username, password, special code. User: So when you open the app, the camera starts. Camera detects the qr code and soundfile should be played with title of soundfile visible. Admin: In the backend: the admin can upload sound file and title. Admin can see how many times a soundfile is be listened. Admin can make registration codes. User can only register with this code.
