We are selling our 114 year old house that sits on a slight hillside. There are cracks in the walls on both sides of the basement under the house. Those cracks were present 20 years ago when we bought the house and have expanded slightly (we added a garage to the back of the house -- down the hill -- that included a foundation that was below the grade of the original basement).
