We need a translator that speaks Serbian very well and is able to come to our house to explain to my 78 year old dying father who has stage 4 colon cancer and is dying (has about 1 year to live or less). My father needs to know what a " do not resuscitate" form is and also what a "Power of Attorney" is. I am his daughter. My father lives with me and I am his care giver for the past 3 years since he was diagnosed. I want to be able to make financial and medical decisions for him once he is not mentally capable of doing it himself.
