I have a laser light with 9 mm diameter, passing through a cylindrical vial with a solution of refractive index of 1.4940. When the laser beam hits the meniscus of the solution horizontally, I want to measure the laser intensity as a function of radius of the vial. The laser beam focuses due to vial and meniscus.
