I need an arduino code that does the following:

Hardware to be used:
2x16 LCD display (non-I2C)
Encoder switch (for controlling settings)
Aruino Uno
Relay
Button

The process:
The user will have a simple menu to operate. The only setting that needs to be adjusted is the time (in milliseconds).
When the button is pressed, the relay will close the circuit for x milliseconds. After the time is complete, the relay will open.
The user needs to be able to see the timer countdown on the main screen. When not in operation (the relay in open), the user can click the encoder wheel to enter settings and change the time to whatever he/she needs.

This is a very simple project.
