I want an illustration of a devious skull in an Arabic/Middle Eastern theme that will be put on a shirt.

Here are the details:
- The theme is evil and mischievous
- The design should incorporate elements that relate to the Middle East / Arabic culture (examples are the Arabic neck scarf, head scarf, Arabic skull cap, sample pictures attached)
- The design should be capable of working on both white and black backgrounds
- I have attached the winning entry of the previous contest so you can benchmark the quality of the entries expected
- Entries that I like but did not win will be sent offers
- Design will be used for commercial use
- Only original works are considered. Persons copying or plagiarizing other works will be disqualified from the contest.
- Output in source vector format (editable)

This is a fun project so go crazy and be creative!
