We are interested in views for a timber frame pole barn style building to hold 2 business......a winery on one side and a boat shop on the other. There needs to be a wall to separate the businesses. Initial thoughts are a single entrance that can go to either business. The winery needs to be open and ready for weddings/ceremonies and possibly leading into an outside pavilion with roll up doors??? The tank/ferment/processing room will be about 500sq ft. while the winery itself should be around 2000sq ft in total. The marine shop side should consist of a shop that is approx. 2000sq ft. No showroom, but overhang/eve in front to display boats? Total wall to wall size of building is around 50'x80' Project will be located along river.
