Hello, Walls and columns retained marked in black (I hope I have assumed these correctly). My intention here is to create clutter-free, straight-edged spaces that are user-friendly with no inconvenient niches/ objects interrupting the flow of movement. Working with straight grids - I divided the apartment into two clear zones - 1) Public 2) Private. An open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining/ living area. The living area overlooks the rose garden - as this would be an area that would be used at all times - when entertaining guests or relaxing with family - shutters/glass window The private zone comprises of bedrooms and library/snug area snuck away from the public zone for utmost privacy only connected through a narrow passageway.
