  Lets assume that you have good cameras, positioned well (angle and light) and that your internet connection is good, as well as existence of ample storage. Now are you trying to optimize playback locally or remotely, if so is it via: System Interface, Web Interface, SmartPSS 1.16, SmartPSS 2.0 or Mobile?
  If you give us more info, we might help you better. Is the video quality blurry, grainy, mosaicy or shadowy?
