Hi guys - i'm hoping this will be a fun project for those who have an interest in AI (artificial intelligence) and blockchain as evolving realities. My client "releasedonline.com.au" is a technology service provider to the real estate industry in Australia - specifically working with property managers.

So, releasedonline - is about re-renting properties, but it's also about using AI to streamline the relationship between the tenant and the property manager.

I hope that's got you thinking!

The competition will be unsealed for 2 days to encourage broader collaboration and then sealed to avoid plagiarism for the remaining time the competition runs for. If standout work is identified early in the completion I reserve the right to close the competition and award early.

UPDATE - hi again, I have to be honest - the submissions to date are too "safe"! be daring! go beyond the normal - don't give me classic boring real estate corpID! have some fun - show me what's in your head!! and think beyond a static logo - how will this look as an animated gif? be BOLD!

  Excellent graphic representation of the core elements of this design brief. So many submissions are boring real estate logos - yours reflects technology, i'd like to see stronger AI and BC - and more corporate colors but very strong submission. well done!

  Hi there, thanks for your submission! I like the visual representation of the blockchain - but there's not a real lot that demonstrates the AI component. Also, more corporate colors and fonts would improve it. thanks again!
