We are looking for an interior designer to put a plan together. We Looking to have these two hallways redone with a nice Mediterranean look to them. (see the photo of the outside of the building go get a feel for the building style).
Building located in the Miami Beach Historic District.
Need to know what color and style of a nice neutral porcelain tile for the floors.
What color paint to use for below the chair rail, above the chair rail, and what color paint to use for the doors, baseboards, chair rail and the door frames. We may also replace the wall lights. Keep in mind that we will keep the mirrors across from the elevator and keep the tiles that are next to the elevator on the WALL. The tiles on the floor in front of the elevator could stay or be replace. We are open to suggestions. Once plan is designed please present it visually with product details.

  I don't care what brand paint. I am simply looking for a design that replaces the flooring and what color paint to use so this ends up with a nice clean look. I am not adding fancy lighting. This building has a lot o short term rentals that do not respect elegant fixtures. Hallway is roughly 60 feet long, 9 ft ceilings and width of 40 inches
