I am looking for a very clean, modern and bold logo design for my personal real estate group.

I would like you to use your creative freedom to come up with your own designs that would fit a professional real estate group, but the following need to be in the initial designs:

- The name of the group is Rick Vela Realty.
- I would like to have the logo have some kind of form of the initials of the group “RVR”. I am think of something like having the first R backwards and having both of the backs of the Rs connecting to the V in the middle.
- the logo MUST have the words “ Powered By Century 21 Exclusive Properties” (without the parentheses) somewhere in the design. This can even just be a separate line of text at the bottom.
- I would like the colors to be a mixture of black and gold.

Please provide a flat design sample along with any 3 dimensional designs that are submitted.
