Hello. We have a coaching website that helps people develop leadership skills to promote change and growth. The name of the business is: "Lead with Equity". We need to create a new logo.

The logo must include the following:
1. The words: "Lead with Equity"
2. An image or images related to coaching, empowerment, people, growth, leadership.
3. Colors: Tones of blue (light to dark), but I am open to other suggestions that represent empowerment.
4. An example of the previous logo is attached. It is desired to follow a similar idea, but the new logo may or may not be similar to the old logo.
