New Logo design for a contemporary Professional Advisory Firm

I am in the process of setting up an accounting and advisory firm in Australia that specialising in providing tax, accounting and advisory services to the property development industry.

I was after a professional but contemporary logo to represent the direction of the firm.

The business name is:

Payne Advisory Group

I need the logos supplied as super high res files that are suitable for print and web production and provided in the following file formats (JPG, PDF, Adobe Illustrator, EPS, PNG).

I will also need both the RGB and CMYK colour values.

Please provide the logo with both solid and transparent background versions.
