  #140 #141 : I thought the icon suggested was a bit of a cliche. Instead I looked at different animated spherical shapes. This brought my attention to a HyperSphere, a 4D'ish shape. Even if the shapes could look like a shell (or a satelitte dish for that matter), they are actually not opposite each other. This shows diversity. The parts making up the shape could be turned in to very creative animations, offsetting circular shapes or using a finished hypersphere to extract the individual shapes from. The gradient is fake though, not actual spherical lighting, because color and light should not destroy the illusion of which angle they face.
  I also submitted #142 which is more traditional, highlighting the V in the hypersphere and using your beloved gold-colors.
